The developmental tumor of lateral large intestine was reported for the first time in China, and a minimally invasive operation was established to successfully remove this kind of tumor under endoscope.

Endoscopic morphology of 200 1 large intestine lateral development tumor was first reported in China. Since then, a lot of clinical research has been done on the endoscopic diagnosis and treatment of colorectal flat tumors, especially on the endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) of colorectal flat tumors, which solved the technical problems of endoscopic treatment of laterally developing tumors of large intestine and early flat colorectal cancer. The number and curative effect of EMR surgery are in the leading position in China. The research results in this field have published 13 papers (the first author) in core journals, and actively carried out academic exchanges. Every year, more than 30 people are invited to give special reports or surgical demonstrations in this field at international and domestic academic conferences, which are highly recognized by domestic counterparts. In 2007, he was entrusted by Digestive Endoscopy Branch of Chinese Medical Association as the drafter of Endoscopic Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Early Colorectal Cancer in China, and in 2007 he was 1655.

2. A new design idea of single-balloon enteroscope was put forward, and the national patent was obtained.

The length of the small intestine is 6 meters. Except the duodenum, all the other small intestines are free in the abdominal cavity. The traditional push enteroscopy is mainly inserted forward. Because of the high degree of freedom of small intestine, it is easy to form a ring when inserting, which leads to the difficulty of inserting. Generally, it can only be inserted into the middle and upper jejunum to complete the examination of part of the small intestine, but the traditional push enteroscopy can not complete the whole small intestine examination sent to the cecum orally. In 2003, double-balloon enteroscopy came out. Combining the balloon attached to the tip of the endoscope with the outer sleeve and pulling it back can reduce the possibility of loop formation, make it inserted into the deep part of the small intestine, and send part of it to the cecum smoothly through the mouth, thus completing the examination of the whole small intestine. However, the insertion mode of double-balloon enteroscopy is still mainly propulsion, and the success rate of oral delivery to cecum is low. The total success rate of experienced doctors is less than 20%, and the examination time is long, with an average of more than 2 hours. Some patients can't stand it, and the extra outer sleeve greatly increases the diameter of the catheter, which makes the patient feel great pain when inserting. Endoscopists have high operating skills and inexperienced endoscopists have low success rate; The operation is complicated, the accessories are rough and fragile, disinfection is difficult, and cross infection may exist after repeated use. In view of the above shortcomings of double-balloon enteroscope, I put forward the design idea of guided single-balloon enteroscope, and obtained the national utility model patent authorization in the same year. Its products may become a new generation of high-performance colonoscopy, replacing the current double-balloon colonoscopy. This product is being developed in cooperation with domestic endoscopic equipment manufacturers.

Thirdly, the idea of digital Chinese image filtering system is put forward to solve the rapid analysis of mass images of capsule endoscope.

Aiming at the capsule endoscope, a new type of endoscopic diagnostic equipment, the idea of digital Chinese image filtering system was put forward, which was supported by the Guangdong Science and Technology Plan and the provincial "Industry-University-Research" project. The system can filter out more than 90% images with no diagnostic value from the mass images of capsule endoscope, which can greatly improve the diagnostic efficiency. It is expected to be completed by the end of 20 10.

Fourthly, the research idea of new biomaterials for artificial liver is put forward, which is supported by the national "863 key project";

In the research of bioartificial liver, innovative ideas are put forward for the research of human biomaterials and human liver stem cells. On the basis of the original research, the idea of "establishing fully functional immortalized hepatic adenoma cells" was put forward, and in 2007, he was funded by two key projects in the field of "863" stem cells and tissue engineering, serving as the deputy head of the research group and the head of the subproject, with a total funding of 9.59 million yuan.
