Patent troll, also known as patent cockroach, patent shark, patent speculator, etc. It is generally considered to refer to such companies that abuse loopholes in the patent system. Even if they only have 1 or a few patents, they will brazenly send letters to hundreds of target enterprises, asking them to pay patent fees.
