a castor oil-based polyurethane polymer material and its preparation method, which is characterized in that the formula of the material is (based on 1g finished product): castor oil (dehydrated) 32－324g, 2.4g toluene diisocyanate 118－12－6g, methyl phenolic resin 17－11g, stannic diester 12-6g and styrene 155－159g. This material is a liquid polymer, which can be molded in any mold for 8-24 hours at room temperature. It has excellent abrasion resistance, hydrolysis resistance, cavitation resistance, acid, alkali, salt and other solvents, high strength and high elasticity.
