The examination and approval committee agreed that the heating furnace energy medium of Huamei Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. was improved for the first time in China, and the heavy oil combustion heating technology used in the early stage of the plant was improved to the most advanced biomass fuel heating technology, which set a new record for the application of biomass fuel heating technology in the steel industry. This fully reflects the determination and efforts of Huamei Steel in developing low-carbon economy, circular economy and new energy development and utilization, and also takes a solid step for Huamei Metal Material Industrial Park to take the road of ecological protection.

The gasifier structure includes a furnace body, a cyclone separator and a fly ash return pipe. The lower part of the furnace body is constructed with an inclined wall surface, forming an inverted frustum with a right-angled trapezoidal longitudinal section, thus forming a partition wall with an inclination angle of 60-75 degrees near the cyclone separator, and the partition wall is provided with an ash discharge channel; The air distribution plate at the bottom of the furnace body is an asymmetric inverted cone structure, the top of the asymmetric inverted cone is provided with a slag discharge port, and the air distribution plate is provided with air holes with variable aperture ratio. According to the invention, a circulating fluidized bed furnace type combining external circulation and internal circulation is adopted, and the bottom of the fluidized bed reaction furnace is provided with an asymmetric conical structure air distribution plate and a variable aperture ratio design, so that uneven air distribution is strengthened, the circulating flow of materials in the furnace is strengthened, and the rapid gasification of biomass materials can be effectively realized.
The technical scheme of this project adopts the technical scheme of high-temperature gas combustion system, and biomass gas is used to replace heavy oil fuel and sent to two-stage continuous pusher heating furnace for combustion to realize heat energy utilization. The main process flow is as follows: raw materials are sent to the circulating fluidized bed gasifier from the upper part through a bucket elevator and a screw feeder, gasification medium air is sent to the gasifier air chamber through a blower, and the raw materials are boiled and burned in the gasifier. There is a cyclone separator at the gas outlet, and the circulating fluidized bed has a high fluidization speed, so that the generated gas contains a large number of solid particles. After passing through the cyclone separator, these fixed particles return to the fluidized bed through the feed foot, and then undergo gasification reaction again, which improves the carbon conversion rate. After purification and dust removal by cyclone separator, it is sent to the heating furnace for combustion.

This project aims at the WNS 1 0Ⅱ 10T/h oil-fired steam boiler of Guo Li Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., and completes the transformation of biomass gas instead of fuel oil system. Guangzhou Energy Research Institute has designed a complete biomass gasification system and related ancillary systems, and completed the construction drawing design with the design institute. The main new and modified systems are composed of raw material storage, feeding equipment, fixed bed gasification system, ash treatment device, gas transportation, boiler burner, boiler flue gas system and main and auxiliary equipment control system.
1) fuel gas source-biomass gasification system
In this project, fixed-bed biomass air gasification technology is used to provide combustion gas source. The gasification raw materials are sawdust and/or sawdust. The calorific value of combustible gas is between1100 kcal/nm3 ~1300 kcal/nm3, and the temperature of combustible gas is about 350℃. The gasification system consists of a gasifier, an air delivery system, a gas purification system, a gas pressurized delivery system, a gas exhaust system, a fuel delivery system and a control system.
2) Structure and design of combustion system
The main components of biomass gas are: carbon monoxide, H2, methane, N2, etc. Although the calorific value is low, the temperature is high, so it is not difficult to ignite the gas. Due to the high N2 content, the theoretical combustion temperature is low due to the heat absorption during combustion. In order to ensure the stability, efficiency and safety of combustion, gas and air must be fully mixed in the combustion process. Therefore, it is necessary to design a special high-temperature gas burner in combination with the existing boiler structure to meet the needs of users.
The gas burner adopts multi-channel honeycomb structure, which cuts gas and air into multiple mixed jets, and sets rotating blades at the burner outlet to strengthen the mixing of gas and air, ensuring stable combustion and high efficiency. The burner consists of a central ignition burner and a main burner. When in use, the central ignition burner is first ignited by high-energy liquefied petroleum gas, and then turned off after the main burner is stable. The combustion system consists of central ignition burner, main burner, fan, electronic ignition device, high-energy ignition gun, flame detector, electric actuator, gas quick cut-off valve, gas flow regulator, boiler pressure transmitter, gas high and low pressure protection, program controller and electric control cabinet. When working, the program controller automatically controls the start of the burner, gas high and low pressure protection, purging, ignition, load adjustment and flameout protection according to the set program, and the PID regulator adjusts the working load of the burner according to the analog current signal from the pressure transmitter.
