Evaluation condition

(a) professional ability requirements.

1. Deputy Chief Pharmacist

(1) Understand the current situation and development trend of this major at home and abroad, be familiar with relevant laws, regulations, standards and technical specifications of this major, be familiar with relevant guides and expert knowledge, and constantly absorb new theories, new knowledge and new technologies and apply them to medical practice.

(2) Master the basic theory and professional knowledge of this major, be familiar with the knowledge of Chinese medicine prescriptions and rational drug use of common diseases, be able to participate in formulating drug treatment plans, accurately analyze the clinical drug use results, find and deal with various irrational drug use phenomena in prescriptions and doctor's orders in time, and put forward opinions on clinical drug use adjustment in time.

Have the corresponding pharmaceutical service ability of traditional Chinese medicine, such as acceptance, storage, dispensing, clinical prescription processing, decoction, identification, preparation, quality control, ointment preparation, new preparation or drug research and development, intravenous drug deployment, pharmaceutical affairs management, clinical pharmacy, etc. Provide Chinese medicine consulting services, have the ability to comment on Chinese medicine prescriptions, and can provide suggestions on the rational use of Chinese medicine. Have the ability to guide the practical operation of primary pharmacists in this specialty, as shown in Table 2. 2. Chief Pharmacist

(1) Deeply understand the current situation and development trend of this major at home and abroad, be familiar with relevant laws, regulations, standards and technical specifications of this major, be familiar with relevant guides and expert knowledge at home and abroad, constantly absorb new theories, new knowledge and new technologies and apply them to medical practice, and develop new technologies and new businesses of this major.

(2) master the basic theoretical knowledge and professional technology in a certain field of Chinese pharmacy comprehensively and systematically, and have certain expertise. Have rich working experience in this major, be able to solve complex or major technical problems independently, and have the ability to guide the practical operation of primary pharmacists in this major. (2) Job performance requirements.

The representative work system is implemented in work performance. Applicants should submit 1-3 landmark work achievements with current titles to represent their professional and technical abilities and levels (each item 1 copy);

Chief pharmacist

(1) Participate in the research and form technical specifications or standards of traditional Chinese medicine, technical and application guides for solving complex problems in this major, expert knowledge, application cases of new technologies, technological transformation cases, etc.

(2) Participate in the analysis report of rational drug use, discussion of difficult cases, consultation cases and individualized drug use cases formed by solving clinical practice drug use problems, and provide original records.

(3) technical patents related to traditional Chinese medicine formed by absorbing new theories, new knowledge and new technologies.

(four) papers, monographs and other achievements formed by combining scientific research with professional practice.

(5) major scientific research projects or scientific and technological achievement awards.

(6) Registration approval documents and research reports of new Chinese medicine preparations obtained by medical institutions involved in research and development.

(seven) to popularize the rational and correct use of Chinese medicine popular science articles, audio and video, applications and other influential works to the public.

(8) Teaching a certain number of clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine, standardizing the training of students, practical students, graduate students, advanced students and teachers, and presiding over teaching topics.

(9) to participate in the achievements of regional scientific research projects of traditional Chinese medicine organized by administrative departments at or above the provincial, municipal and county levels (cities, districts).

2. Chief Pharmacist

(1) technical specifications or standards of traditional Chinese medicine, technical and application guides for solving complex problems in this major, expert knowledge, application cases of new technologies, cases of technological transformation, etc.

(2) Solve the analysis report of rational drug use, discussion of difficult cases, consultation cases and individualized drug use cases. Medication problems formed by clinical practice, and provide original records.

(3) technical patents related to this major formed by absorbing new theories, new knowledge and new technologies.

(four) papers, monographs and other achievements formed by combining traditional Chinese medicine research with professional practice.

(5) scientific research projects hosted or scientific and technological achievement awards won.

(6) Registration documents and research reports of new preparations of traditional Chinese medicine obtained by medical institutions mainly involved in research and development.

(seven) to popularize the rational and correct use of Chinese medicine popular science articles, audio and video, applications and other influential works to the public.

(8) Teaching a certain number of clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine to train students, graduate students, advanced students and teachers in a standardized way, and presiding over teaching topics to obtain high-quality talent training reports or teaching competition awards.

(9) As the main participant, participate in the achievements of regional scientific research projects of traditional Chinese medicine organized by administrative departments at or above the provincial and municipal levels.
