On June 10, Jiading District launched the Planning of Hydrogen Fuel Cell Automobile Industry Cluster and the Supporting Policy for the Development of Hydrogen Fuel Cell Automobile Industry (Trial), and a "hydrogen energy port" was ready to emerge in Jiading.

Hydrogen is clean, environmentally friendly and renewable, and is considered as one of the most promising clean energy sources in the world. By 2030, China will achieve the goal of 2 million hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.

The planned Jiading hydrogen fuel cell automobile industrial cluster is located in Tongji area around Anting Town, west of Yantietang and north of Cao 'an Highway, with a planned area of 2. 15 square kilometers.

In addition to space support, Jiading has also launched 20 support measures around project introduction, enterprise cultivation, enterprise development, scientific and technological innovation, financial support and industrial support, covering all links from enterprise registration to project landing to later development, covering the entire industrial chain of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.

For example, in terms of improving industrial agglomeration, Jiading gives special incentives to newly introduced domestic and foreign-funded large projects and headquarters, with a maximum incentive fund of10 million yuan, and gives priority to industrial land, providing subsidies for land purchase and lease. Encourage high-quality enterprises to settle down. In the process of enterprise development, Jiading gives priority to supporting enterprises to expand production capacity, encourages enterprises to increase investment, and supports enterprises to integrate upstream and downstream industries and acquire high-end brands. Jiading will support enterprises and institutions in the region to give priority to purchasing products in the region, promote the demonstration operation of hydrogen fuel cell buses and give subsidies. At the same time, Jiading also encourages enterprises to independently research and develop key materials such as fuel cell stacks, establish enterprise technology centers at all levels, and give invention patent sales awards, patent authorization and rights protection grants, and one-time awards.

Financial support is very important for enterprise development. Jiading will guide the establishment of a special fund for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, give listing subsidies to enterprises that intend to be listed after the share reform, and give subsidies to enterprises that provide guarantees and financial leasing for hydrogen fuel cell vehicle industry cluster enterprises.

Related industry support has also been included in the scope of policy support. For example, the construction of hydrogen refueling stations can be subsidized, talents in short supply and professionals can be given priority to settle down, and talents can rent houses, seek medical treatment and send their children to school. The expenses incurred by enterprises in holding major events, expanding markets and establishing industrial alliances and organizations can be subsidized to varying degrees, and all kinds of intermediary organizations that settle down or actively attract investment will also be rewarded.

On June 10, the first batch of advanced oil and hydrogen joint stations in the Yangtze River Delta region were signed in Jiading, covering vehicle and parts enterprises, Industry-University-Research platform, demonstration operation, data acquisition and other fields.

For example, in terms of Industry-University-Research platform, Jiading cooperated with Tongji University, Shanghai Motor Vehicle Testing Center and Shanghai Electric Drive Company for R&D and transformation of new energy vehicles, which was the first planned R&D and transformation of smart new energy vehicles during the construction of Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Center.

Around the fuel cell vehicle project, in recent years, SAIC has invested more than 654.38 billion yuan, mastered the development ability of fuel cell stack and system, electronic control and vehicle integration, and promoted the construction of fuel cell vehicle industrial chain in China. Shanghai Remodeling Energy Technology Co., Ltd., which has been deeply involved in Jiading for many years, is the first enterprise to enter the white list of hydrogen fuel cell industry of China Automobile Industry Association. The first hydrogen refueling station in the city and the longest continuous safe operation time in China is also located in Anting, Jiading.
