Why is Apple Wireless Charging being sued?

Apple will have bad luck again this time. Apple's wireless charging was sued, and the product was also required to be removed from the shelf and compensated. The company suing Apple is Emma's core China enterprise. Apple was sued for wireless charging infringement. Apple knows that the patent has been applied, but it is still using the patent.

Apple's unlimited charging is controversial. Why did Apple in turn sue the patent for invalidation? Apple doesn't know anything about China's patents, so it hasn't responded yet, perhaps to find a solution to the infringement lawsuit.

It is reported that a company named "Shenzhen Aimaxin Technology Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as Aimaxin) sent a lawyer's letter related to patent infringement to Apple. Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court has accepted the case and the Intellectual Property Protection Bureau has followed up. The general manager of Emma Core said that this patented technology had been applied as early as 20 12. After the successful application, the patent details have all been made public. He believes that Apple has not actually mastered the core technology of wireless charging, but only referred to patents.

It is reported that on August 12, General Manager Emma Core published a lawyer's letter in Weibo. According to the letter, Emma Core entrusted Guangdong Tengsheng Law Firm as the agent to sue Apple Electronic Products Trading (Beijing) Co., Ltd. for allegedly selling products infringing Emma Core's patent rights in all offline stores in official website and Chinese mainland.

Emma expressed three demands in the lawyer's letter: First, Apple official website immediately stopped selling infringing products; The second is to remove infringing products from all Apple offline stores in Chinese mainland; The third is to compensate the patentee within the scope of sales. In the forward direction, Apple did not directly apply for authorization, but entrusted the cooperative enterprise to declare its patent invalid in the reverse direction.

It is also mentioned that in addition to Apple, Xiaomi's latest Xiaomi 9 and wireless charging treasure infringe the intellectual property rights of Emma.

But there was no lawsuit against Xiaomi, and there was no news about Xiaomi. In this regard, Apple has not yet responded.
