A device for drying brewer's grains uses a continuously variable pitch screw, a mushroom-shaped baffle fixed on the main shaft and a trumpet-shaped outlet formed by the inner hole of a cylinder end support to extrude and dehydrate water-containing materials, and cooperates with a fluidized drying device with a screw feeder, a toothed rake stirrer and a cold and hot air inlet branch pipe to provide airflow, so that the materials can continuously flow forward on a distribution plate to dehumidify and dry brewer's grains. It has the advantages of simple equipment, convenient operation, low energy consumption, high production efficiency and good discharging quality.
