At the same time, the second-generation 5G platform supports frontier communication technologies such as 5G R 16 and 5G slicing.
Zhanrui's 6nm 5G platform realizes customer-oriented mass production, which indicates that Zhanrui already has the R&D and commercial capabilities of advanced process chips, and indicates that Zhanrui's capabilities in R&D process specifications, design capabilities and product quality have been improved.
Chu Qing mentioned that 6nm is the beginning of Zhanrui's advanced manufacturing process, and Zhanrui has accumulated enough technology to lay a good foundation for the next generation of products to cut into more advanced semiconductor technologies such as 5nm.
Zhanrui's second-generation 5G platform supports cutting-edge technologies such as 5G R 16 and 5G network slicing. They took the lead in deploying 5G R 16 technology, and applied for nearly 200 related patents. They have completed the world's first end-to-end business verification based on 3GR16 standard and the key technology test of IMT-2020(5G) promotion group uRLLC with their partners.
Zhanrui 5G network slicing scheme has completed the technical verification with the three major domestic operators and IMT-2020(5G) promotion group, and achieved the technical verification in two application directions: to B and to C, which proved the advantages of Zhanrui 5G network slicing scheme and the interoperability of 5G chips.
Zhanrui's second-generation 5G chip platform has more than ten chips including a complete 5G main platform cover and an optional 5G RF front-end cover, and each chip has reached the mass production standard.
Among them, the 5G main platform cover includes 7 chips, including main chip, transceiver, power management chip and connection chip. The 5G RF front-end sleeve contains several chips such as PA.
In terms of mass production maturity, compared with the mass production of the chip itself, the chip platform has higher requirements for the mass production of customer products.
The mass production of customers' products means that the maturity and quality of the chip platform have reached the state of being able to directly face consumers and other end users. Only by realizing the mass production of customers' products can the chip platform truly achieve the design goal.
In terms of mass production quality, Zhanrui's second-generation 5G chip platform has reached the highest industry standard of 500ppm.
At present, Zhanrui's second-generation 5G platform has been applied to consumer electronics fields such as 5G smart phones. The improvement of its performance, battery life, image and AI capabilities will bring users a better 5G experience and richer smart life fun.
