The function of scraper is to clean the roll surface by applying linear pressure to the roll surface along the width direction. The pressurization of the scraper is mainly based on the weight of the scraper frame itself or the selection of appropriate cylinders and torque modules. Choosing different scraper holders and scrapers can produce different cleaning effects on different types of roller surfaces. Scraper is mainly composed of cutter body, tool holder, moving device and fixing device. According to the loading form, it is divided into dead weight, pneumatic loading and torsion spring. According to the movement mode, it is divided into fixed type and swing type, which are used in different parts of the equipment and roller surfaces with different materials respectively.

The oscillating scraper can clean the roll surface more effectively, and can prevent the scraper from pressing on the roll surface for a long time to protect the roll surface.

The self-weight scraper pressurizes the scraper blade by the weight of the scraper frame itself. Generally, the lifting and closing of scraper blades are manual, and some important parts can be lifted and lowered by cylinder pressure at a distance. The self-weight scraper can adjust the pressure of the blade by fine-tuning the bolts of the scraper frame.

As a whole, the full-width air bag is used to pressurize, so that the scraper can be attached to the roller surface more evenly, the roller surface can be cleaned more effectively, broken ends can be reduced, and the service life of the roller can be prolonged.

Air bag double scraper, some tiny dirt will run to the back of the scraper through the tiny gap between the roller surface and the scraper, some will be taken away by the tension of the strip, and some will be left on the back of the scraper to form a block, which will cause indentation on the strip when falling off. At the same time, when the linear pressure of the scraper is too high, negative pressure will be generated on the back of the scraper, which will cause dirt to accumulate on the front of the scraper and seriously affect the paper quality. The double scraper device can overcome the above shortcomings, solve the problems of linear pressure, material and angle that can not be solved by a single scraper, ensure the cleanliness of the roll surface during work, reduce broken ends and effectively protect the roll surface. Double scraper is mainly used for vacuum roller and pressure roller.
