Enter the patent number in the query box to check the legal status of the patent, and you can see what status the patent is in.
Utility model and appearance patents can only be checked after authorization.
If an invention patent can be found with an authorization description, it is authorized. If there is only a published description, it is not authorized.
The patent number is the number given when the patent right is granted and is a type of document number. The document number is the serial number compiled by each industrial property office when publishing patent documents (including public publication and copying only).
