Meet the following conditions, you can sign up for the national unified legal professional qualification examination:
1, with China nationality;
2. Support the China People's Constitution and enjoy the right to vote and stand for election;
3. Have good political, professional quality and moral conduct;
4. Have full capacity for civil conduct;
5. Have a bachelor's degree or above in law in full-time colleges and universities, a bachelor's degree or above in law in full-time colleges and universities, a master's degree or above in law in full-time colleges and universities, and have been engaged in legal work for three years.
Those who pass the objective and subjective examinations of the national unified legal professional qualification examination and meet the conditions for granting qualifications after examination shall be granted legal professional qualifications by the Ministry of Justice and issued legal professional qualification certificates. The Measures for the Implementation of the National Judicial Examination stipulates that the passing scores of the national judicial examination shall be determined by the Ministry of Justice in consultation with the Supreme People's Court and the Supreme People's Procuratorate. The National Judicial Examination Office of the Ministry of Justice announces the examination results.
Persons who apply for the Class C legal professional qualification certificate relaxed by local policies in places where the qualification conditions are relaxed and have passed the registration must apply for granting legal professional qualification at the place of registration.
