Who knows what priority date and conflict application mean respectively?

Priority date refers to the filing date of the first application as the basis of foreign priority or domestic priority. Where the latter patent application claims priority, the filing date of the earlier application is the filing date of the latter application, that is, the priority date. If the priority is not established, the filing date of the latter application is the face-to-face date or postmark date of the application. For a patent application with priority, the filing date refers to the priority date when calculating the annual term, and the priority date is taken as the starting date of the annual calculation.

Conflicting applications refer to patent applications filed earlier and published later, which are applied by different applicants but have the same application theme. Generally speaking, different applicants apply for the same invention-creation on the same application date, and the latter application cannot be granted a patent right according to the patent law. In this case, some people refer to the former application as a "conflicting application" of the latter application.
