Chen Jilin, Chief Physician, Doctor of Medicine, Master Tutor.

Graduated from Dalian Medical University in 2007 with a master's degree in internal medicine and a doctorate in internal medicine in 2022. He serves as the deputy director of the Renal Immunology Branch of the Liaoning Provincial Society of Immunology, a member of the Nephrology Physicians Branch of the Liaoning Provincial Medical Doctors Association, and the director and secretary-general of the Dalian Kidney and Blood Purification Society.

The main research direction is the appropriate timing of hemodialysis for uremic patients and the establishment and maintenance of hemodialysis vascular access. He is good at establishing difficult hemodialysis problems and complex vascular access for uremic patients, formulating appropriate hemodialysis timing and individualized hemodialysis treatment models.

He is good at the establishment, maintenance and complications of various internal fistulas and dialysis catheters in uremic patients, especially in complex autogenous arteriovenous fistula angioplasty. He has rich clinical experience in autologous vascular transplantation, special site arteriovenous fistulaplasty, and treatment of fistula complications (thrombosis, stenosis, aneurysm).

The research direction is the establishment and maintenance of individualized vascular access for hemodialysis, decision-making on the appropriate timing of hemodialysis for uremic patients and individualized hemodialysis.
