Overview of thrombus elasticity
The main indexes of thromboelastogram are: ① Reaction time (γ) indicates that there is no fibrin formation in the tested sample; ② Coagulation time (κ) indicates that fibrin begins to form in the tested sample, which has certain firmness; ③ The widest distance (ma) of the curves on both sides in the figure indicates the maximum amplitude of thrombosis; ④ Thromboelastogram (ε) shows the elasticity of thrombus. ⑤ Maximum curing time (m) refers to the time from curing time to maximum amplitude. At present, thromboelastogram is detected by thromboelastogram.
