3. Reexamination fee: The reexamination fee must be paid within three months from the date the applicant receives the patent office’s decision to reject the application.
4. Fees for changing bibliographic matters, etc.: The payment deadline for changing bibliographic matters, patent rights evaluation report request fees, and invalidation declaration request fees is within one month from the date of filing the corresponding request.
5. Rights restoration request fee: The payment deadline for this fee is within two months from the date the party concerned receives the notice confirming the loss of rights issued by the Patent Office.
6. Request fee for extension of time limit: If the applicant requests an extension of the time limit designated by the Patent Office, the applicant shall submit a request for extension of time limit and pay the fee before the expiration date of the original time limit.
7. Patent registration fee, annual fee for the year of authorization, announcement printing fee, stamp tax: the payment deadline for the above fees is two days from the date when the applicant receives the notice of grant of patent rights from the Patent Office. within months.
8. Annual fee: The annual fee for the year when the patent right is granted shall be paid within the time limit specified in the registration notice issued by the Patent Office. Subsequent annual fees shall be paid before the expiration of the previous year. Pay. The expiration date of the payment period is the corresponding day of the year in which the application is made.

10. Fees for PCT application to enter the Chinese national phase: When going through the procedures for entering the Chinese national phase, you must pay the application fee, publication printing fee, and application surcharge and grace fee if necessary. If the applicant claims priority, he shall pay the priority claim fee within 2 months from the date of entry; if the applicant files a request to restore the priority right when entering the national phase, he shall pay the priority restoration fee at the same time. If the applicant proposes corrections to the translation of the application documents, he shall pay the translation error correction fee within the time limit for submitting translation corrections. If necessary, the unity restoration fee shall be paid within the time limit specified in the notice from the Patent Office. Reduction of patent fees
If a patent applicant or patentee meets one of the following conditions, he or she may request a reduction in part of the patent fees from the State Intellectual Property Office: 1. Last year Individuals whose average monthly income is less than 3,500 yuan (42,000 yuan per year);
2. Enterprises whose taxable income in the previous year was less than 300,000 yuan;
