An invention is authorized by merging several related inventions, and their priority is claimed. Can we file a divisional application to obtain more inventions?

-a patent application should only involve one invention or a group of inventions linked by a general inventive concept

-if a patent application contains two or more inventions that do not belong to a general inventive concept, it should be divided

-the protection category of the original application cannot be changed by the split application

-the split application can enjoy the filing date and priority of the original application.
