1. When using high-strength wear-resistant refractory castables for masonry or repairing the boiler lining, the oven must be baked strictly according to the oven requirements. This will take a long time and bring great inconvenience to production. Especially during emergency repairs, there is simply not enough time to dry the oven, which requires wear-resistant refractory materials that do not require ovens. According to the different quality of the aggregate, it can be divided into corundum high-strength, wear-resistant and refractory plastics and high-aluminum, high-strength, wear-resistant and refractory plastics.
2. Corundum-based high-strength wear-resistant refractory plastic (HTK-145). This plastic uses high-purity brown corundum as aggregate and part of the powder, and industrial alumina fine powder as the powder. High-strength aluminate cement is used as a setting accelerator, plus sintering agent, inhibitor, and our company's patented product - high-temperature adhesive is used as a binding agent. It is mainly used for important parts of circulating fluidized bed boilers, such as the top of the cyclone, the return device (return valve), the sanitary belt of the combustion chamber and other parts with serious wear and erosion.
3. High-aluminum, high-strength, wear-resistant and refractory plastic (HTK-130). This plastic uses ultra-fast bauxite clinker as aggregate and powder, and high-strength aluminate cement as a coagulant. Add sintering agents and inhibitors. It can be used for repairing the inner lining of circulating fluidized bed boilers or for overall masonry construction of certain parts.
