Midea water heater is produced by Midea Group Water Heater Division. Midea's water heater business belongs to Midea Group, focusing on the R&D, manufacturing and marketing of electric water heaters, gas water heaters and other products. It is a large-scale comprehensive overall solution provider integrating R&D, production and sales.
Midea Water Heater Division consists of eight first-level departments: domestic marketing department, overseas marketing department, electric heating product department, heating product department, manufacturing department, technical quality department, financial management department and operation and human resources department.
There are 2000 domestic patents, 77 invention patents, 77 new patents, 232 appearance patents, which meet the individual needs of consumers with technological innovation and lead the market development direction.
Production base:
Midea water heater has two production bases in China, namely Shunde factory and Wuhu factory.
Shunde factory was established in 1999, integrating R&D, production, sales and service. It is a large-scale and powerful water heater manufacturing base in China. The base has 13 highly automated assembly line, world-class PRO/E 3D design software, advanced comprehensive laboratories for water quality analysis, product reliability, simulation environment and user experience. At the same time, automation and process equipment such as laser coding, PUR glue, automatic twisting booster pump and nitrogen and hydrogen detection have been introduced, with an annual production capacity of 6.5 million units.
Wuhu factory was established in 2008, which is a large-scale comprehensive water heater product manufacturing base integrating scientific research, production and sales. It has world-advanced brand welding power supply, integrated welding technology and automatic parts, semi-finished products transportation and automatic storage and transportation technology of foaming raw materials.
It has advanced equipment such as automatic double-row blanking, stamping line, shell rounding, welding flanging and automatic UV screen printing line.
