How to prevent gas leakage correctly?
The gas stove should be installed in a kitchen with good natural ventilation and lighting, and the pipes should be exposed. Gas pipelines should not be installed or passed through bedrooms, bathrooms and other places, and high temperature, inflammable and explosive articles should not be placed around the stove. Gas facilities shall be used correctly, and shall not be modified, dismantled, moved or used for other purposes without authorization. Check gas facilities regularly to prevent gas meter failure, pipeline corrosion, gas leakage at welds and joints, etc. The length of the gas hose of the domestic cooker shall not exceed 2m, and there shall be no joint. Hose joints should be fixed with pipe clamps, and hoses should be replaced in time when they are aged or damaged. When you smell gas, you can spray foaming agent on all joints and welds. After continuous foaming occurs, if it cannot be treated on site, stop using gas, close the front and rear valves of the gas meter, maintain natural ventilation, and notify the customer service of the gas company for repair. If the valve at the front end of the bitten hose is closed, a small amount of residual gas will leak in the pipe section behind the valve. After ventilation, it should be reported to the gas company for maintenance. If the valves before and after the gas meter are not closed, it will cause a lot of leakage. When gas gathers to a certain concentration, fire and explosion will occur when it meets an open flame, which will endanger personal property and public safety. In order to ensure the safety of gas use, a gas leakage alarm device can be installed. Indoor gas facilities are regularly inspected by the security personnel of the gas company. After using the gas, close the valves before and after the gas meter. Check the opening and closing of the valve before going out to form a good habit of using gas. If there are many rodents at home, you can set a mousetrap around the hose or ask a professional to kill rodents to prevent the hose from being damaged.
