What is liquid glue?

Liquid rubber generally refers to a viscous fluid liquid at room temperature. After appropriate chemical reactions, it can form a three-dimensional network structure and has similar physical and mechanical properties to ordinary vulcanized rubber. In terms of processing, its characteristic is that it can be vulcanized by a certain vulcanization method (i.e., chain extension, cross-linking, or both), and can be cast or pumped into a mold to make elastic products.

Compared with solid rubber, liquid rubber generally has a lower molecular weight, approximately between 2000 and 1000, and is a prepolymer. It is a flowing liquid at normal temperature and is a cast elastomer. It is easy to mold and process. The processing technology is easy to achieve mechanization, continuity and automation, which can reduce labor intensity and improve the working environment.
