In fact, it is problematic to simply say which is good and which is not.
1, not to say that the master of law must be better than the master of law. As far as applicants are concerned, LLM students are mostly law undergraduates, but non-law majors are not excluded. In some schools, master of law is also divided into legal and illegal.
2. There are quite a few professional directions, whether it is law or law, because the legal system in China is under the jurisdiction of more than a dozen major departments, such as civil and commercial affairs, criminal law, procedural law, international law and administrative law. With the subdivision of professional direction, there are many professional directions.
3. The employment direction is related to the professional direction, but it is not necessarily a causal relationship. It is not that those who study jurisprudence are not as good as those who study civil and commercial law, and employment depends entirely on actual ability. It depends on the individual's understanding of the law, the ability to master the application of the law, and other factors outside the law will affect employment.
4. Employment direction is generally engaged in the legal profession, the most common ones are public security and lawyers. Of course, the employment direction of law is quite extensive. From the current employment situation, it can be said that there are employment of law majors in all walks of life and in all corners of society.
5. Personally, I think law is a profession after China's entry into WTO, and it is very applicable. Of course, you can choose to study law theory in depth, or engage in an applied career after China's entry into WTO. However, it is difficult for the law not to serve the society. Only in social practice can the law have soil. Being a master of law can influence the process of rule of law in China, while being an ordinary legal worker will serve social fairness and justice.
