By implementing the incubator entrance strategy of "strictly controlling the entrance and carefully selecting the seeds". In recent years, the quality of science and technology entrepreneurship projects entering the science and technology incubator of Dalian Entrepreneurship Center has improved significantly. By the end of 27, there were 59 newly introduced incubators in Dalian Entrepreneurship Center, with 352 incubating enterprises, 651 incubating enterprises and 149 graduated enterprises. It is extremely important for incubators to absorb and attract new members and actively explore the incubating enterprises and their potential values. Incubators should have the "eye" to identify and attract outstanding projects, good teams and broad market prospects. Only through strict screening can they select entrepreneurial enterprises with real development potential and meet the requirements for incubation can they effectively realize their own value-added, thus achieving the ultimate goal of promoting economic development.
