The wax, scale and corrosion prevention system produced by Mann Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a new tool developed to solve the serious scaling and corrosion problems of industrial water and wax deposition in oil fields. The material of the tool is an alloy material with different components obtained through patented processing technology. This material can inhibit the formation of solid particles, wax and scale, change the electrostatic potential of fluid, suspend solid minerals in liquid phase, and prevent the formation of wax and scale and the corrosion of equipment. Tool principle

● Mann CPRS floor tools are made of special alloy materials consisting of nine metals such as copper, zinc and nickel. This special material will play a special catalytic role when it comes into contact with fluid:

Oilfield use

● In IMO-59T, Nigeria, the continuous production cycle is only two months due to serious wax deposition. After installing CPRS underground, the treatment cost was saved by 50%, the daily crude oil production increased by 2800 barrels, and there was no wax deposition during the 90-day test period.

● The newly-built 20 1 water injection station in second-class oil mines such as Daqing No.1 Oil Production Plant needs to add chemicals to the heating boiler after continuous heating for 6 days due to serious scaling. After installing CPRS floor tools, no chemical reagents will be added. After 90 days, all the old scales are basically soft.

A heavy oil well in Liaohe Oilfield originally needed to heat the tubing for 24 hours to ensure the fluidity of crude oil. After installing CPRS downhole tools, good crude oil fluidity can be obtained without heating tubing, which greatly saves heating cost.

Evaluation of wax control effect after installing CPRS downhole tools in Qinan 3- 14 well in Dagang Oilfield. This well has not been washed with hot oil so far! The viscosity of crude oil is 74.94 mpas/50℃, the wax content is 24.36%, the gum content is 16. 15%, and the freezing point is 40℃, which is a high freezing point. After the installation of CPRS downhole tools, no hot washing operation has been carried out so far, and the production is normal.

Petrochemical application

● The scale of circulating water in Nanyang Refinery is very serious. Although some anti-scaling measures have been taken, the scaling problem has not been well solved. Usually, the water cooler tube bundle must be mechanically descaled within 6 to 8 months. The tool was installed in August, 2004, and the end cover of the water cooler was opened after running for 4 months in June, April and February, 2004. The heat exchanger tube bundle is unblocked, and there is no scaling, and the uncleaned scale begins to fall off. It can be seen that CPRS metal anti-scaling tools have good anti-scaling and descaling effects.

● The fourth joint workshop of China Huabei Petrochemical Company has its own sprinkler system. Since the air cooler was put into use, the surface of the tube bundle has been seriously corroded, forming a layer of rust. On June 9, 2006, 1 air cooler and CPRS scale prevention and corrosion protection system were installed and put into use. This tool has been used for two months, and the old scale basically falls off, forming a rust layer with a thickness of about 1 cm at the bottom of the pool.
