The fatigue life of manganese phosphating coated elevator wire rope is three to five times that of smooth elevator wire rope. The thicker the manganese phosphating film on the surface of steel wire, the more serious the fatigue. Manganese phosphating coated steel wire rope is an advanced steel wire rope with high quality and long service life. Smooth steel wire rope is being eliminated because of its short service life and high unit use cost.
