First of all, if your certificate is in the "Other" option, it proves that the certificate you exported has no private key, so the CPC client can't find your certificate. The certificate you are exporting now should be in CER format, that is, public key certificate. Please ensure that the exported certificate is in PFX format. If the exported certificate is in PFX format, the certificate will not appear in the Other option.
