Selection of dispersion methods of nano-materials

The agglomeration of nano-materials is a difficult problem to solve. Some people add some surfactants to nanomaterials to stabilize them. However, due to the addition of other components, it will have a certain impact on the material. It is best to find a way to directly disperse nano-materials without changing the formula of raw materials.

We have made some useful explorations, hoping to provide some reference. We made a kind of nanometer material. Let's briefly talk about the treatment process: first, we use ultrasonic treatment to make the materials as dispersed as possible. And then dispersed by a high-pressure homogenizer. We have used many imported brands of high-pressure homogenizers. Domestic homogenizers have also been used. However, these high-pressure homogenizers can't control the temperature during the treatment, and the temperature of the samples increases rapidly after the treatment. The material is seriously caked and cannot pass through the nano-scale filter membrane. We went to many places in the country to do experiments and feel the conditions, but we haven't found a suitable high-pressure homogenizer, so this project can only be put on hold for the time being. I hope to find suitable equipment to carry out this project as soon as possible! The person in charge of our project is very sad to see that everyone's hard work for many years has been delayed like this.
