Fiat 500 Power: Strong power and obvious shift delay.

In terms of power, the Fiat 500 is equipped with a brand-new 1.4L Multiair engine, which is matched with a 6-speed automatic manual transmission. The engine with the displacement of 1368cc is matched with the flexible valve actuator system (FVVA, that is, MultiAir technology), and the maximum power obtained is 74kW( 100PS)/6500rpm, and the maximum torque is 133Nm/4000rpm. For the performance of this 6-speed automatic manual transmission, I want to tell you that you can't hold too much hope. In the general cruise mode, the shift timing is usually controlled at the engine speed of 2500 rpm. Due to the shift delay, we will feel a sense of frustration at the moment of shifting (slightly more obvious than some dual-clutch gearboxes). If the manual mode is selected, the shift speed can be basically increased to 6500 rpm, and the maximum torque range of the engine is just in the middle and high range. These adjustments are actually more inclined to sports cars, and obviously satisfactory acceleration performance can be obtained on Fiat 500 cars.
