What are the patents of archaeology in China?

1In June, 984, an ancient tomb of the Three Kingdoms period was discovered in Yushan Township, Maanshan City, Anhui Province. After careful excavation by archaeologists and experts, many important discoveries were unearthed in this ancient tomb. Although the tomb was stolen when it was excavated, it was well preserved as a whole. One of the unearthed special cultural relics made the Japanese uneasy, and even Wan Li personally came to Maanshan to shoot a documentary about cultural relics. Then, an ancient tomb of the Three Kingdoms was excavated in Anhui, but Japan was uneasy. Why?

After investigation by archaeologists, it is found that the whole tomb is 8.7 meters long, which is a two-chamber brick tomb. According to the scale and pattern of the tomb, it can be seen that the owner of this tomb is extraordinary. According to experts' research, the owner of this tomb is Zhu Ran, a famous tomb, which is also the highest-ranking figure in the ancient tombs excavated at present.

Zhu Ran was trusted and reused by Sun Quan before his death. Successive Dongwu generals and Fu followed Guan Yu in Maicheng in his early years. In the battle of Yiling, Zhu Ran and Lu Xun jointly defeated Liu Bei, so that Shu Han could no longer conquer Wu Dong, and he became Wu Dong's second person after Lu Xun. In the melee of the Three Kingdoms, Zhu Ran made great contributions to Sun Quan again and again. He also became a famous Wu Dong player because of his outstanding military exploits, and was respected by Sun Quan.

Zhu Ran's tomb is quite large in scale and high in grade. But it was stolen before excavation, and only the chamber of secrets escaped. Experts later found only some ancient coins, jade and lacquerware in the tomb, but the discovery of one of the cultural relics surprised the experts. It turned out that this cultural relic that made the Japanese uneasy was a pair of clogs.

This pair of clogs is carved from wood and painted with patterns on the surface, which is quite well preserved. Look at its shape, it is similar to the clogs popular in Japan today. In fact, Japan is uneasy about this cultural relic because Japan is a country that attaches great importance to traditional costumes. They have always regarded kimonos and clogs as orthodox Japanese costumes and claimed that they invented them themselves. The discovery of China, a cultural relic 1700 years ago, undoubtedly shook the Japanese "invention patent" for clogs. Through the research of experts, it is found that Japanese clogs were indeed handed down from China, but it is worth mentioning that they have been carried forward and continued in Japanese hands.
