Article 7 Operators shall not engage in the following acts of infringing the exclusive right to use registered trademarks and counterfeiting registered trademarks:
(1) Using the same registered trademark on the same or similar goods without the permission of the registered trademark owner or similar trademarks;
(2) Using words and graphics that are identical or similar to others’ registered trademarks as product names or product decoration on the same or similar goods, which is enough to cause misunderstanding;

Article 8 Operators shall not use the unique names, packaging, and decoration of well-known commodities without authorization during production and sales, or use names, packaging, and decoration similar to those of well-known commodities, causing confusion with other people's well-known commodities and causing buyers to mistakenly think that they are This well-known product. Article 9 Operators shall not use other people’s business names or names as well as words, graphics, codes, and logos representing their names or names without authorization during production and operation, so as to tempt others to mistake them for other people’s goods.
