At present, the research group has mastered the core technology of the project, obtained two invention patents in China, and the other two declared invention patents have been accepted by China National Intellectual Property Administration. The preparation of ion-exchange fiber and its application in decolorization of sucrose syrup, and the technical project of 20t/a ion-exchange fiber production process (pilot) all passed the achievement appraisal organized by the Science and Technology Department of Guangxi Autonomous Region, reaching the international advanced level as a whole, filling the gaps in its application research at home and abroad. In this project, a 20t/a industrialized production device for ion-exchange fibers was built, and qualified products were produced in batches, making China one of the few countries in the world to master the core technology of industrialized production of ion-exchange fibers and realize the industrialization of ion-exchange fibers after Russia and Japan.
Ion exchange fiber is called 2 1 century functional material by international scientific and industrial circles. The development of high-efficiency ion exchange fiber and its application technology is the frontier subject of the scientific development of functional materials at present, and it has always been a hot spot in the research and development field of global separation materials.
