1. Application requirements:
1. All relevant personnel who meet the application conditions can apply for participation;

2. Requirements for exempted papers:

3. Application for exceptions:
(1) Those who apply for senior positions under exceptions must meet two of the following conditions

3. Those who directly preside over the completion of large-scale projects or are fully responsible for the production, operation and management of large and medium-sized enterprises, or who have made outstanding contributions to the technological development of non-public enterprises and achieved significant economic benefits; the company's operating income has exceeded 20 million for two consecutive years The main persons in charge are those whose profits and taxes are more than 4 million yuan (more than 10 million yuan in mountainous counties determined by the province) or more than 4 million yuan (more than 2 million yuan in mountainous counties determined by the province).
4. In technological invention, innovation, transformation, patent, promotion and application, the economic benefits obtained account for the total profit and tax of the enterprise (more than 4 million yuan) for two consecutive years (the first two years of applying for senior positions) , the main technical person in charge of more than 20% of the projects in poverty-stricken mountainous areas (more than 2 million yuan).
5. Create valuable experience in the work of this professional and technical position and be a major contributor to the promotion in the same industry in the province; have achieved remarkable results while holding intermediate positions, and have obtained advanced jobs at the provincial level or above or have published more than two academic papers recognized as valuable by experts in the field in newspapers or conferences at or above the city level, or have officially published valuable books or translations.
(2) Applicants who apply for mid-level positions under the exception must meet two of the following conditions
