Agricultural machinery users and agricultural machinery service organizations shall be responsible for the quality of their operations when providing agricultural machinery operation services. Eighteenth people's governments at or above the county level shall arrange special funds for the promotion of new technologies and machines for agricultural mechanization; Adopt preferential policies to encourage and support producers, sellers and agricultural machinery service organizations to carry out advanced and applicable agricultural machinery demonstration services.
The competent department of agricultural mechanization of the people's government at or above the county level shall organize the development and introduction of agricultural products processing machinery and technology, promote the renewal of technical equipment, and provide technical services for farmers and agricultural production and operation organizations.
Agricultural mechanization technology popularization institutions shall provide non-profit agricultural mechanization technology popularization and training services for farmers and agricultural production and operation organizations free of charge.
