Lithium Battery Group and Tsinghua University jointly established a core technical team, established the "Tsinghua Lithium Battery Electric Vehicle Research Center" and set up a branch in Caofeidian, Tangshan. One of the core technologies: permanent magnet synchronous motor
The permanent magnet synchronous motor series is specially designed for the synchronous drive system of electric vehicles or similar occasions. Its electromagnetic and structural design is very distinctive, and it has more than ten patents at home and abroad. Its biggest characteristics are wide speed range, wide efficiency range, large torque, stepless speed change, compact structure, light weight and small volume, and it is suitable for fields with high requirements on volume, weight and efficiency.
The second core technology: permanent magnet AC asynchronous motor
At present, the permanent magnet AC asynchronous motor has passed the national inspection and has three practical invention patents. Adopt aluminum alloy shell, high torque regenerative braking recovery efficiency, electronic synchronous clutch stepless speed change function, electronic shift function, low internal air cooling temperature rise, earthquake resistance, high reliability and long service life.
The third core technology: Ferrous lithium phosphate power battery.
Liyuan Power Group independently developed and produced "Liyuan Brand" full range batteries below 200Ah with independent intellectual property rights. The fourth core technology: controller system
The motor controller system adopts imported high-speed signal processor DSP/Trenchgate IGBT special chip, which can reasonably control the energy consumed by vehicles in different driving states, and has the function of energy recovery to reduce the consumption of electric energy.
The fifth core technology: pure electric vehicle assembly system
The pure electric vehicle assembly system developed by Lithium Battery Group is the core technology of the group. Through the vehicle controller system, the running state of the vehicle can be monitored, faults can be found in time and corresponding treatment can be made.
