1. Application stage and materials to be submitted:
(1) Integrated circuit layout design registration application form. The application form for registration of layout design of integrated circuits shall indicate the following contents:
a The name, address or place of residence of the applicant;
b The nationality of the applicant;
c The name of the integrated circuit layout design;
d The name of the creator of the integrated circuit layout design;
e The date of completion of the creation of the integrated circuit layout design ;
f The classification of the integrated circuit used in the integrated circuit layout design;
g Relevant matters that should be noted if the applicant entrusts a patent agency; the applicant has not entrusted If the patent agency is a patent agency, the name, address, postal code and contact number of its contact person;
h If the integrated circuit layout design is commercially exploited as mentioned in Article 17 of the Regulations, the date of occurrence of the act ;
i If the integrated circuit layout design registration application contains confidential information, the copy of the layer containing the confidential information or the drawing page number and the total number of pages;
j Applicant Or the signature or seal of the patent agency;
k List of application documents;
l List of additional documents and samples;
m Other matters that need to be noted .
(2) A copy or drawing of the integrated circuit layout design. The copy or drawing of the integrated circuit layout design submitted by the applicant shall meet the following requirements:
a The paper copy or drawing shall be enlarged to at least the size of the integrated circuit produced using the integrated circuit layout design. More than 20 times; the applicant can also provide the electronic version of the copy or drawing; if the electronic copy or drawing is submitted, it should contain all the information of the integrated circuit layout design and indicate the data format of the file;
b If there are multiple copies of copies or drawings, they should be numbered sequentially and attached with a table of contents;
c The copies or drawings should be in A4 paper format; if the copy or drawing is larger than A4 paper , and should be folded into A4 paper format;
d The copy or drawing may be accompanied by a simple text description explaining the structure, technology, function and other matters that need explanation of the integrated circuit layout design.
(3) If the integrated circuit layout design has been put into commercial use, submit an integrated circuit sample containing the integrated circuit layout design. If the integrated circuit layout design has been put into commercial use before the application date, 4 integrated circuit samples containing the integrated circuit layout design should be submitted when applying for registration, and should meet the following requirements:
a Applicant The four submitted integrated circuit samples should be placed in special equipment that can ensure that they are not damaged, and attached with a completed form uniformly prepared by the State Intellectual Property Office;
b The surface of the equipment should be written clearly The name of the applicant, application number and name of the integrated circuit;
c The integrated circuit sample in the appliance should be fixed in an appropriate way, should not be damaged, and can be stored in a desiccator for at least ten years.
(4) Other materials specified by the State Intellectual Property Office.
