Who are the new social classes?

The "new social class people" mainly include four major groups:

1. Managerial personnel and technical personnel of private enterprises and foreign-funded enterprises

Refers to those employed by Private enterprises and foreign enterprises, professionals with expertise in enterprise core technology and operation management, and social organization practitioners, including lawyers, accountants, appraisers, tax accountants, patent agents and other social professionals who provide knowledge products and services.

2. Freelancers

Refer to those who do not work for any economic organization, public institution or government department and rely on their own knowledge and skills within the scope permitted by national laws, regulations and policies. Skills and expertise, those who provide certain services to society and receive compensation.

3. New media practitioners

Refer to those who use new media as a platform or object to engage in or represent specific institutions to engage in investment and financing, technology research and development, content production and release, and business management activities.

4. Practitioners of non-enterprise units

Practitioners of social groups, foundations, and private non-enterprise units.
