1. What is a patent change?

Patent changes are generally called descriptive changes, including:

① Application number

② Date of application

Second, what matters need to be done for patent change?

1. Where an individual or unit (including units owned by the whole people and collectively) in China transfers a patent claim or patent right to others, it must be approved by the State Patent Office;

2. The assignor of the patent claim or patent right shall sign a written Assignment Contract and Specification Item Change with the assignee, and pay the fees at the same time. The assignment of the patent claim or patent right will only take effect after the State Patent Office announces it in the patent bulletin.
