During the coating process, if the surface densities of the pole pieces are different, one piece will be over-rolled and the other piece will be under-rolled during the rolling process. During the pole piece conveying process, under the same tension control, some living materials may fall off or even break in areas where the roller pressure is insufficient. Breakage not only affects work efficiency, but also causes trouble in subsequent slitting, winding and other processes.

How to effectively measure the surface density of pole pieces?
