What materials should the applicant provide when entrusting a patent agency?

Legal analysis: When entrusting a patent agency, the applicant shall provide the following materials: 1. Materials needed for patent application. For example, the request, specification, abstract and claims, etc. ; 2. Materials proving the entrustment relationship between the two parties. For example, identification materials of both parties, patent ownership certificate, entrustment contract, etc. ; 3. Patent agency regulations

Article 3 Any unit or individual may apply for a patent and handle other patent affairs in China by itself or by entrusting a patent agency established according to law, except as otherwise provided by law. Patent agencies shall accept the entrustment of clients to handle patent affairs.

Article 4 Patent agencies and patent agents shall abide by laws and administrative regulations, abide by professional ethics and practice discipline, and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of clients. Patent agencies and patent agents practicing according to law are protected by law.
