Direction 1: talents who meet the B-class standards of urgently needed talents and high-end talents in Chengdu and innovate and start businesses in Chengdu High-tech Zone.

Direction 2: Talents who are professors or researchers in the top 200 universities in the world and first-class universities in China and start enterprises in Chengdu High-tech Zone (the shareholding ratio is not less than 5%).

Direction 3: the founder of Gazelle Enterprise recognized by Chengdu High-tech Zone or a listed scientific and technological innovation enterprise (excluding the New Third Board) (the shareholding ratio is not less than 5%).

Latest adjustment: When the new shareholders of Gazelle enterprise or listed enterprise reach the shareholding ratio of not less than 5% through the later equity change, Gazelle enterprise must be "listed in high-tech zone", and the conditions for identifying its original shareholders remain unchanged.

Direction 4: R&D or managers who have carried out R&D of scientific and technological innovation in Chengdu High-tech Zone in recent three years, have independent intellectual property rights, and the annual sales income has reached a large scale (more than 50 million yuan) (each enterprise is limited to 3 products, each product is limited to 3 people, and the managers must be department managers or above).

Direction 5: Founders and core managers of scientific and technological innovative enterprises (annual R&D expenditure of more than 50 million yuan or annual tax payment of more than 654.38 billion yuan or annual sales income of more than 654.38 billion yuan or annual investment in fixed assets of more than 500 million yuan) who have started their own businesses in high-tech zones and made significant contributions to the economic and social development of Chengdu High-tech Zone.

Class c talents

Direction 1: Talents who meet the C-class standard of "Chengdu urgently needed talents and high-end talents" and innovate and start businesses in Chengdu High-tech Zone.

Direction 2: In the seed stage, the founder of Young Eagle Enterprise, a high-level "four-school talent" enterprise declared by Chengdu High-tech Zone, and a national high-tech enterprise (the shareholding ratio is not less than 5%) were identified.

Direction 5: Vice Presidents and senior executives of Fortune 500 enterprises, platform ecological leading enterprises, unicorn enterprises, gazelle enterprises and listed scientific and technological innovation enterprises (excluding the New Third Board) settled in Chengdu High-tech Zone.

Direction 2: Founder of national science and technology small and medium-sized enterprise warehouse (holding no less than 5%).

The latest adjustment: when identifying the shareholders of national science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises, the enterprise must meet the standard of "the operating income in the previous year is not less than 6.5438+million yuan or the accumulated equity financing is not less than 5 million yuan".

Direction 3: Talents with bachelor degree or above working in government agencies, enterprises and institutions in the future science and technology city, international biological city and high-tech west zone.

Direction 4: Professional and skilled personnel who work in enterprises in Chengdu High-tech Zone with an annual salary of not less than RMB 200,000.
