Lindong Electronics currently has 85 technical engineers. The company has six compact enterprises, namely Xiamen Firefly Lighting Appliance Co., Ltd., Zhongguang Lighting (Xiamen) Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Lindong Electronics Co., Ltd., Zhangzhou Lindong Electronics Co., Ltd., Firefly (Zhangzhou) Lighting Appliance Co., Ltd. and Lindong Electronics (Europe) Marketing and R&D Center, a marketing R&D institution established in Germany. The company has now formed a group enterprise integrating product research and development, production and sales.

Lindong Electronic Development Institute has relatively complete modern research and development means and equipment, and has realized the computerization of 100% 3D and 2D computer design, data processing, technical management, office affairs and document processing for new product development. It has first-class testing and testing equipment in China. Oscilloscope, electromagnetic compatibility conducted interference test system and intelligent digital lamp cap torque instrument are introduced successively.

The first stage: "Make vegetables into meat flavor"-a competitive product. In the early days of the enterprise, Lindong people adopted product development schemes and theoretical innovations for the survival of the enterprise; Development and innovation of hardware facilities such as detection and development instruments; The innovation of raw material screening and testing means makes the company's products have lower raw material cost at the same quality, but higher product quality at the same raw material cost.

The second stage: "making soybean into tofu"-product differentiation and innovation to achieve high added value. We will extend the goal of independent innovation to differentiated products and high value-added products. Through the analysis of market demand development, miniaturization of energy-saving lamps is the development direction of the industry. Miniaturized energy-saving lamps can not only better match with lamps, but also save 30% of raw materials, which is a diversified and high value-added "bean product". Therefore, we invested a lot of money, set up a cross-industry R&D team, and formed a series of miniature compact electronic energy-saving lamps through the innovation of lighting technology and lighting equipment. Among them, 3 applications have been made, and 1 global PCT invention patents and 5 utility model patents have been obtained. The "Ultra-small and efficient electronic energy-saving lamp project" was awarded the "National Torch Plan Project" by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the "Science and Technology Innovation Project" by Xiamen Science and Technology Bureau respectively, and was supported by the science and technology funds of the two municipal science and technology bureaus.

The third stage: "canned braised pork"-independent innovation of core manufacturing technology and equipment, transforming differentiated advantages into characteristic scale advantages. We further extend the strategic goal of independent innovation to the innovation of core automation manufacturing equipment and manufacturing technology, providing stamina for the sustainable development of enterprises.
