The scope recorded in the original specification and claims includes the contents recorded in the original specification and claims, as well as the contents that can be directly determined according to the contents recorded in the original specification and claims and the attached drawings of the specification.
If it is clearly stated in your specification that the temperature is 0~ 180 degrees, then it is allowed to modify the claim.
In addition, you have to look at the timing of the revision:
First, if it is actively modified, as long as it is within the scope, it will be changed casually;
Two, if it is beyond the opportunity to actively modify the law, you need to meet the following two conditions to modify:
1. Modify the defects indicated in the notice.
2. It is considered as a modification of the defects pointed out in the notice.
That is, the revised document eliminates the defects of the original application document and has the prospect of being authorized.
