PCC pile, that is, large-diameter cast-in-place concrete pipe pile, is called PCC pile for short. It has passed the expert appraisal organized by the Science and Technology Department of Jiangsu Province and obtained the national patent (ZL0 1273 182. x； +082.x； CN 1367296A), and there is the national technical specification for cast-in-place concrete large-diameter pipe pile composite foundation JTJ/T2 13-20 10. This technology absorbs the advantages of prestressed pipe pile, vibrating sinking pipe pile and vibrating sinking die thin-walled cutoff wall, and its construction technology is simple and operability is strong. It is a new type of high-efficiency and high-quality pile suitable for soft soil area, and has great popularization and application value. PCC pile technology is a high-quality pile technology with high efficiency and economy (energy saving and emission reduction) in the construction industry. The bearing capacity of PCC pile can be increased by more than 50% under the same concrete dosage (i.e. the same cross-sectional area). Under the same bearing capacity, PCC pile can save more than 50% concrete consumption and reduce the energy consumption of construction machinery by 50% (small soil squeezing effect).
The cost of PCC pile reinforcement is low, which is the cost of flexible pile, but it has the reinforcement effect of rigid pile.
