The technical scheme that can be used as the object of patent protection must be filed with the China National Intellectual Property Administration Patent Office and approved before the patent can be obtained. Some research projects may produce some results. If they are directly disclosed with the project without applying for a patent, the possibility of obtaining a patent is basically lost.
It is suggested that when doing research, the research results should be patented first, and then the subject should be made public.
