Is ultrasonic washing vegetables and dishes reliable? Is it possible to sterilize and remove pesticide residues?
Not very reliable. Ultrasound can't clean everything. Washing vegetables and dishes may not be very effective. Washing vegetables with water is basically enough, and the skin of some things can be cut off directly with a knife. Pesticides can generally be washed clean because they remain on the surface. If they are not on the surface, it may be useless to use ultrasonic waves. Ultrasonic generally washes more accurate things, such as lobster, and rarely washes vegetables and dishes. Washing dishes should be relatively rare, it seems that there is no such thing. Sterilization is not a difficult problem to solve.
