1. When filing an application for customs protection with the General Administration of Customs, the obligee shall obtain the filing application from the Customs in advance. The obligee or his agent shall fill in the application form as required, and report to the General Administration of Customs with relevant documents.
When filing an application, the obligee shall file an application according to the principle of one right, that is, each application can only file one application for intellectual property rights on one certificate of rights. The application form shall be filled in Chinese, and the application documents submitted for examination shall be true and valid. The filing application shall fill in the following contents as required:
(1) rights. Chinese and English names, countries and regions, business license numbers, legal addresses, names of legal representatives and contacts, telephone and fax numbers on the registration documents; Name, address, license number, legal representative, contact name, telephone number and fax number of the agent.
(2) The name, registration number, term of validity, approved goods, patent name, authorization number, brief contents and term of validity of the registered trademark; Copyright-related content.
(3) Commodity names and commodity codes related to intellectual property rights.
(four) the name, location, mode of use and validity of the license of the authorized or licensed user of intellectual property rights.
(5) photos of the main features, trademark patterns, appearance and packaging of goods related to intellectual property rights.
(six) the names and addresses of known infringing goods manufacturers, import and export goods, the names of suspected infringing goods, and the main entry and exit customs, etc.
(7) Description of relevant business secrets.
(8) Other information deemed necessary by the General Administration of Customs.
