Contemporary inventor Luo Siwei (alias Luo Jianwen)
(born in 1954) is from Changsha, Hunan. Alias ??Luo Jianwen (previous name in 1986). In 1968, he was assigned to study at No. 5 Middle School in Changsha, Hunan. After graduation in 1971, he was assigned to Chuhua Machinery Factory in Changsha, Hunan Province (now Changsha Forging Machine Tool Factory). In 1978, he participated in the engineer training course organized by the Science and Technology Commission of Hunan Province. In 1989, he created "Positioning Theory" and was included in the (Dictionary of Contemporary Chinese Inventors). Over the past twenty years (until October 2009), articles on "Four-Dimensional Positioning Method", "Four-Dimensional Shift Method", "Four-Dimensional Strategy Method" and "Introduction to Positioning" have been published one after another. Six patents have been applied for (patent application numbers are: 92106972.3 92107189.2 92107191.492111787.6 200810030797.4 89219003.5). In 2008, Luo Siwei's avatar was applied for Chinese trademark registration by "Changsha Xiangyao High Salary Technology Development Co., Ltd."
