Professor Wang Xianming, the founder of the College, is a famous expert in integrated Chinese and Western medicine education in China. 1945 graduated from Harbin medical university, 1956 to 1959, and attended the first Shanghai seminar on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine organized by the Ministry of Health to study Chinese medicine. He is one of the earliest workers engaged in the integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in China. In the early 1980s, Professor Wang Xianming compiled the earliest monograph Dialectics of Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which was published by People's Health Publishing House, and later by Japanese Xionghun (Zhu Shi Society) Publishing House and Taiwan Province Yin Zhi Publishing House at home and abroad. Later, he edited the only series of teaching materials of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in colleges and universities in China, such as Comprehensive Treatment of Practical Internal Medicine.
