3. Qualcomm will not restrict the sale of baseband chips to chip customers who are identified by NDRC as having unreasonable terms in the license agreement or who have not raised any objection to the unreasonable terms in the license agreement. However, this regulation does not require Qualcomm to sell chips to any entity without authorization, nor does it apply to chip customers who refuse to report the sales of authorized equipment according to the patent licensing agreement;
After this rectification, Qualcomm has indeed reduced the cost and price of most domestic smart phones. However, at present, domestic mobile phones are striving to enter the 3000 yuan file, and even low-end products are slowly beginning to seek design breakthroughs. Domestic mobile phones have realized that after the brand is formed, excessive price war will underestimate the brand value.
