Does it constitute three exclusive rights? Patent application
The technical solutions are obviously different, and the problems solved alone should be very different. They cannot be put forward as independent claims in one application. If these independent technical solutions are to be protected separately, they need to be divided into three applications. If three independent claims are written in an application, the subsequent claims are likely to be divided. If all the technical features are written as an independent claim and each scheme can exist independently, then a single scheme cannot be protected; If the situation is that three features should be organically combined to solve a problem, then these three features, as necessary technical features, must be written into the independent claim.
